Program Description

SaturnRoute operates an invite-only oversize load mapping and route survey platform. We may send automated SMS messages for account verification, one-time passcodes, two-factor authentication, and security notifications. We do not send promotional SMS messages.

Opt-In Consent

By providing your mobile number during registration and checking the consent box, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS messages from SaturnRoute for verification purposes. Consent is not a condition of using the platform.

By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder or have permission to receive messages on that number.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on account activity. You will only receive messages when triggering a verification event such as logging in from a new device or accepting a platform invitation.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging and data rates charged by your wireless provider may apply. SaturnRoute is not responsible for carrier fees.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by:

  • Reply STOP — Text STOP to any SaturnRoute message to immediately unsubscribe.
  • Email — Send "SMS Opt-Out" to admin@saturnroute.com with your phone number.
  • Account Settings — Disable SMS verification in your Security Settings.
To re-subscribe, text START or update preferences in Account Settings.
